The ezIP product line can start as a standalone analog system with up to 6 zones of one-way paging. Your standalone system means you aren’t dependent on a facility network or telephone system, but of all you’re not paying for features you don’t currently need.
Why did Valcom develop ezIP?
Valcom is known for robust, feature-rich solutions, but we understand that not everyone needs all the bells and whistles to communicate effectively with people within their organization. Some need a simple paging system that is easy to set up, deploy, and maintain. This is why we developed the ezIP product line. ezIP is an affordable solution that is simple enough to handle daily and emergency notifications and help customers bridge the gap between analog and IP at their own pace.
The ezIP products are compatible with a facility’s older paging system. When customers are ready to transition to more advanced features and capabilities as their organization grows, they can confidently add ezIP products to their existing network at their own pace. Most organizations today still employ an analog phone paging system; however, when an organization begins to upgrade their phone to a VoIP system, their old analog system is no longer compatible. The ezIP solution is phone agnostic; it can work with analog or VoIP phones, so when a customer upgrades, the ezIP system still works, helping customers bridge the gap between analog to IP with confidence.
