The Spot SoundMasking™ analog solution is an all-in-one device that includes an easy-to-install 2x2 speaker, which replaces an existing 2x2 ceiling tile, the onboard soundmasking audio source, volume control and power. This unique self-contained speaker provides the ability to create a curtain of sound in specific areas so private conversations can’t be heard. The Spot SoundMasking™ speaker is often used in hallways outside offices, conference rooms, human resource areas, pharmacy walk-up counters and doctors offices. The all-in-one speaker is separate from your overhead paging system, so when an announcement is broadcasted, the soundmasking isn’t interrupted which helps maintain compliance for HIPAA environments.
